Prime Workforce shows field trucks, in-house users, and open tickets on a live map with summary charts, so dispatchers can assign work and route field staff efficiently.

Command Center map

  • Leaflet layers for in-house users, field trucks, and open tickets
  • Truck states: green for available, red for busy on an in-work ticket
  • Positions come from browser geolocation and are hidden after 24 hours
